the rose is the world's most known and admired flower. The rose
varies in an abundance of colours from chalk-white over different
shades of yellow and pink to blood-red and almost brownish red.
During the centuries an abundance of variations of colours has
been created.

fragrant flowers to the close almost intoxicating scent that
throws you into another world. You have the chance to experience
all this in The Jutland Rose Park, where you can see more than
200 varieties. Have you ever experienced 15.000 roses blooming
at the same time?

The Jutland Rose Park in Aalestrup was inaugurated in 1967.
During the years the park has been enlarged a number of times.
Today it consists of approximately 13.000 acres of land - paths,
rosebeds, lawns, playing ground, and aviaries.
